Depression vs. deflation

Folks often think they’re depressed. But they only feel deflated.


Usually because they feel life is not meeting up to their expectations,

or they’re not meeting up to their own.


And usually, it’s not true.


In your therapy, we’ll work to see there’s often little to feel deflated about.


And that to do anything less would be really distressing.
