Depression Treatment
Have you been feeling down lately? You might be dissatisfied with your job, financial situation or some other life circumstance. No matter what you do, things never seem to get any better. As a result, you might have given up on the idea of improving your situation.

Getting Help
It takes a lot of courage to accept that you need help.
That you can’t figure it all out yourself when you think you should.
But that’s just being human.
Because there’s so much inside our heads we’re unaware of that influences our thoughts, our actions, and their consequences.
Yet, kind and patient therapy can help you work things out. So you can achieve success and satisfaction, and feel good about it all.

Seeking help

So they can steer their lives toward action and satisfaction.
And seize the day, if not win it as well.

That’s what psychotherapy can do. Help you dismiss that defense, so you won’t feel deflated about things that don’t matter.
And can feel elated about the things that do.
Together, we can get to the heart of the matter.
So you stop feeling sad, start being

Postpartum blues
Postpartum depression is often attributed to hormonal changes beyond our control.
Yet, that’s not necessarily the whole picture.
Because we don’t appreciate how self-centered we are, and that there’s no reason to be ashamed of being so human.
The reality is that we spend our lives doing pretty much what we want.
And then suddenly, we can’t. Because this wondrous being we’ve created needs us, and will need us for years to come. And that can be more than a bit overwhelming.
